Delivery Information
We deliver across the UK mainland using specialist furniture couriers. Below you’ll find the delivery options available, how booking works, and what happens if you need to change dates.
Delivery Areas
Free delivery applies to England and Wales.
Scotland: a £29 surcharge applies to standard UK mainland Scottish postcodes.
Scottish Highlands & Islands: delivery may be available by quotation and will take longer. Please contact us before ordering.
Please check the individual product page for specific lead times, as some ranges have longer manufacturing or supplier lead times.
Standard Delivery: Free One-Man Service (Ground Floor)
This service is free to all English and Welsh postcodes.
What’s included
Delivery to the ground floor only.
The driver will bring items into the entrance hallway (or nearest accessible ground-floor point).
The driver is equipped to offload items but may require assistance for very heavy or bulky items, particularly if access is restricted.
Important
This is not a “room of choice” service.
If you have stairs, narrow access, steep driveways, or limited parking, please tell us in advance.
Two-Man Delivery: £25 Per Order (Room of Choice)
Our two-man delivery service is available for £25 per order.
What’s included
Delivery to the room of your choice, including upstairs where access is safe and reasonable.
Suitable for larger items such as wardrobes, beds, sideboards and dining tables.
Delivery Booking & Communication
Once your order is ready, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange delivery.
How you’ll be contacted
Typically by email and text (if a mobile number is provided), and sometimes by phone.
You’ll normally receive a proposed delivery date 2–4 days prior to delivery with a 3–4 hour time window.
Delivery times
Deliveries can be arranged any day of the week, subject to availability and your location.
Small Items & Courier Deliveries
Smaller items such as mirrors, bedside tables and lamp tables may be delivered by courier to your front door only.
Typical delivery is 2–3 working days from dispatch.
You’ll receive tracking and/or a delivery notification from the courier where available.
Please Check Before Delivery
To ensure delivery goes smoothly, please confirm:
Access is suitable (door widths, hallways, stair turns, parking).
Someone is available if the item is heavy and the one-man service may reasonably require assistance.
You have measured the intended room/space and entry points.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues that were not disclosed, re-delivery charges may apply.
Changes After Collection / Dispatch (Important)
Once your order has been collected from our supplier and/or dispatched to our delivery partner, delivery arrangements are booked and costs are committed.
If you request to delay delivery after this point, we may incur storage and/or rebooking charges from the carrier. Where these charges apply, they will be passed on to the customer at cost.
If you are not ready for delivery, please tell us before your order is collected/dispatched wherever possible.
Rescheduling & Delivery Attempts
We understand plans change — we’ll always try to help.
If the proposed slot isn’t suitable, you may request a reasonable alternative date.
Our delivery partner will typically attempt to arrange delivery up to three times.
To avoid delays and extra costs, please be as flexible as possible when selecting dates.
Missed Deliveries, Refused Slots & Returns to Warehouse
If delivery attempts are repeatedly rejected or missed, the goods may be returned to our warehouse.
If the order is returned due to missed delivery / repeated refusal to accept delivery, a £69 fee will be deducted from any refund (where applicable) to cover administration and return costs.
Where additional carrier charges apply (storage/rebooking/return-to-base fees), these may also be deducted or billed at cost.
Assembly Information
Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled.
Some items require minimal home assembly to ensure safe transport. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Typical items requiring minor assembly include:
Dining tables
Beds
Wardrobes
Packaging & Waste Disposal
All packaging and waste disposal is the responsibility of the customer.
Please retain all original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase, as items must be returned in their original packaging where returns apply.
We recommend recycling wherever possible. Your local authority can advise on appropriate disposal.
